Delegates are employees who are allowed to perform work on behalf of other employees.
You can only add delegates to your own profile.
You cannot add yourself as a delegate on another users profile, but you can view and delete whom you are a delegate for.
To add a Request Delegate to your profile:
- Log into Concur
- Go to Profile
- Select Profile Settings
- Select Request Delegates on the left side menu
- Click Add to search for and select your desired delegate
- Select the desired and applicable permissions for your delegate
- Permissions can include access to: prepare requests, view receipts, receive emails, submit requests, and approve (if applicable)
- Click Save
- These steps may be repeated to add new delegates to your profile
To add an Expense Delegate to your profile:
- Log into Concur
- Go to Profile
- Select Profile Settings
- Select Request Delegates on the left side menu
- Click Add to search for and select your desired delegate
- Select the desired and applicable permissions for your delegate
- Permissions can include access to: prepare requests, view receipts, receive emails, submit requests, and approve (if applicable)
- Click Save
- These steps may be repeated to add new delegates to your profile
Important Reminders:
- Delegates can prepare on behalf of users, but the State requires that travelers submit their own reports.
- Delegates must have the approver role to approve on behalf of a user.
- The Travel Office is able to assist if an approver role is needed.
