Delegates are employees who are allowed to perform work on behalf of other employees.
- Delegates are able to prepare Expense Reports for a user.
- Delegates are NOT able to submit Expense Reports for a user.
- The State of Texas requires that users submit their own Expense Reports.
Once a delegate prepares an expense report for a user, they will need to select the option to notify the traveler. This will prompt the traveler to review the expense report and submit it once it is complete.
