If your mobile phone number has changed or you have not enrolled yet and need a password reset, you will need to call the Help Desk at 936-468-HELP (4357). You can also go by the Help Desk location in the Ralph W. Steen Library for assistance.

If you have not yet been enrolled in the Password Reset Server, or still know your password, now would be a great time to complete enrollment!

All students are encouraged to enroll by following these actions:

  1. Go to the Password Reset Server.
  2. Login to complete your profile
  3. Enter your mySFA username and click "Logon".
  4. Complete Enrollment with your mobile phone number (PIN code sent via text).
