The email will be from autonotification@concursolutions.com. If a traveler is not receiving emails, they will need to check their spam, ensure the correct email is setup in the user's Concur profile, and that the email is verified.
- The user will then click the link on the email, or login to Concur through mySFA. The user will see a request or report under My Tasks at the bottom of the home page with Ready for Review as the status.
