ORG Settings in Dynamic Forms

There are 2 email addresses that can be altered within the ORG settings, however it is recommended that these 2 emails match (example: if using donotreply@sfasu.edu, it is recommended to use it in both the Reply-To Email Address and the Return for Revision Email Address).

Please contact pmo@sfasu.edu if you would like us to modify these email address options:

    • This is the email address any Dynamic Forms related emails comes from and allows participants to hit reply to send an email back to that specific address for the ORG.
      • Defaults to: donotreply@sfasu.edu
        • This is a no-reply email address with an inbox that is not monitored available for University use.
      • Custom:
        • Departments can choose to have any responses to Dynamic Forms triggered emails go to a different inbox that is specific to their department for streamlined tracking and processing such as:
          • department_forms@sfasu.edu
            • NOTE - if creating a new generic email account, a Generic Email Account Request must be submitted and processed before the email can be utilized in Dynamic Forms.
  • Return for Revision Email Address:
    • This is the email address that forms that are returned for revisions comes from within Dynamic Forms for the ORG.
