Publishing Form URL(s)
We strongly suggest you embed these URL hyperlinks within Text, as opposed to displaying the actual URLs. The most common way to share these Forms is publishing to an SFA Website or sending via email.
- Navigate to your Production ORG in Dynamic Forms
- Click the Action drop-down next to the form you would like to publish or share
- Click Activate Form Template if the form is not already Active in the far left column
Inactive Form Example:

Active Form Example:

- Once the form shows Active = Yes, click on the Action drop-down
- Select URL Instructions

- There are 2 available URLS:
- For Non-Single Sign On Forms: utilized by a non-SFA population that does not have a mySFA account
- Example: the form is being sent out to local businesses to RSVP to an upcoming job fair on campus
- For Sign Sign On Forms: utilized for SFA students and employees that have active mySFA accounts
- Example: the form is for SFA students or employees that wish to request an update to their personal information such as name, email, address, etc.
- NOTE: if you are unsure which URL to utilize, please contact pmo@sfasu.edu for assistance.

- Copy the appropriate URL based on the descriptions provided in Step 6, then work with SFA University Marketing Communications (UMC) to publish the hyperlink on an SFA Website, or provide the hyperlink in an email where appropriate.
- It is recommended to HYPERLINK the form as opposed to pasting the direct link to the form as is (note that the below form is ONLY an example and is not live or published)

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- If the form has been revised and a new version has been published, all URLS for the published form will need to updated with the new URL(S).
- If you would like to publish your form in the Dynamic Forms catalog/user portal to be visible to certain populations at SFA, please contact pmo@sfasu.edu.
