How Do I Check my Student Email?

To check your Jacks (student) email account:

1. Log into mySFA using your SFA credentials.

2. Locate the Email icon 

   1. Note: mySFA is responsive to various devices, so the icon may appear in different locations on your Home Screen depending on the device you're accessing mySFA from.

   2. For example: your desktop may have the Email icon located on the right side of the screen, whereas on a mobile device, you may have to scroll down to click on the Email icon.
