Where can I find my Concur profile?
When you log into Concur, you can access your Concur profile by clicking the icon in the top right corner labeled Profile.
Can I have multiple emails in my Concur profile?
Yes, users are permitted to have more than one email address.
However, one of the email addresses must be the employees official and verified SFA email address.
To add an email address in your Concur profile:
- Login to Concur
- Navigate to your Profile (top right corner)
- Click Email Addresses in the navigation bar on the left side of the screen
- Click Add an email address
- Enter your email address
- Select Yes to have SAP Concur travel notifications sent to that email account
- Click OK to save
To verify an email address in your Concur profile:
- Login to Concur
- Navigate to your Profile (top right corner)
- Click Email Addresses in the navigation bar on the left side of the screen
- Click Verify next to an email address that is not verified to trigger a verification email to be sent
- Check your email to retrieve the Verification Code
- Enter the code into the Enter Code field next to the appropriate email address
- Click OK
How do I change my email notifications?
Email notifications can be tailored differently for both Request and Expense.
To change your email notifications:
- Login to Concur
- Navigate to your Profile (top right corner)
- Click Request Preferences for notifications related to travel requests
- Check or un-check the desired notification types
- Click Save
- Click Expense Preferences for notifications related to expense reports
- Check or un-check the desired notification types
- Click Save
How do I create/edit my Favorite Attendees list?
Favorite Attendees allows the creation of a custom list of users to provide quick access when adding attendees to Travel Requests or Expense Reports.
Concur also allows for users to create Favorite Groups within their concur profiles in the event there are groups of users that often travel together.
Adding Favorite Attendees to your Request Settings in your Concur profile:
- Login to Concur
- Navigate to your profile (top right corner)
- Click Profile Settings
- Click Favorite Attendees under Request Settings
- Use the search bar to find the desired employee, adjust the search parameters as necessary
- Identifying Field: first/last name, title, attendee type
- Important Note: last name is the search default field
- Search Type: begins with, contains, ends with, equals
- Text Field: enter the name or other information you're searching for
- Select the check box next to the desired favorite attendee
- Click Save
- This can be repeated to include additional favorite attendees

What information should I review in my profile?
Below is a list of tasks you'll need to complete to take full advantage of your Concur account.
If you have any questions, contact the Travel Office.
Any fields that appear to be grayed out are not able to be changed, as this is data imported from Banner to each Concur profile.
- Login to Concur through mySFA
- Resources Tab --> Travel & P-Card Heading --> Concur Link
- Navigate to your Concur profile
- Top right corner; Profile --> Profile Settings
- Click Personal Information
- Verify that your Work Address is correct, or add the information
- Verify that your Home Address is correct, or add the information
- Verify that your Contact Information is correct, or add the information
- Verify that your Email Address appears as Verified in the Verification Status column
- If it is not verified, click Verify
- Retrieve the code sent to your email
- Enter the code into the Enter Code field next to the email address
- Click OK
- Verify that your Emergency Contact is correct, or add the information
- Select your Travel Preferences and activate TripIt Pro
- Assign an Assistant/Travel Arranger to allow named individuals to book travel on your behalf
- Click Request Information
- Select your default FOAP and click Save
- Click Request Delegates
- On the Delegates tab, click Add
- Begin typing the employee name, email address, employee ID or mySFA username in the search box
- Select the correct employee
- Click Add
- Click Save
- Click Expense Delegates
- On the Delegates tab, click Add
- Begin typing the employee name, email address, employee ID or mySFA username in the search box
- Select the correct employee
- Click Add
- Click Save
- Download the Concur Mobile App
- Email the app link to yourself from your Profile (Concur Mobile Registration)
- Download the app from the Apple App Store
- Download the app from Google Play
