SSB9 Employee Profile/Dashboard Links in mySFA

Navigating to SSB9 and Legacy SSB8 Links in mySFA

The steps below explain how to access both SSB9 and Legacy SSB8 links within mySFA.

• SSB9 Links provide access to the modern Self-Service Banner 9 features.

• Legacy SSB8 Links are available only for custom forms developed by SFA. All baseline SSB8 functionality has been retired and is no longer accessible.

Employee Home Page

1. SSB - this takes you to Legacy SSB8 links which only contains custom forms developed by SFA
2. Update Contact Info - this takes you to SSB9 and allows you to update information such as Email, Phone Number, Address and Emergency Contact
3. Employee (Quick Navigation) - this takes you to the Employee Page in mySFA, which contains many links directly to SSB9
4. SSB9 Employee Dashboard - this takes you to the SSB9 Employee Dashboard and allows you to access all SSB9 Employee functionality

Employee Page (Quick Navigation)

1. Report Leave - takes you to SSB9 Leave Reporting functionality
2. Leave Balance - takes you to SSB9 view of all leave balances
3. Pay Info - takes you to SSB9 Employee Dashboard where the Pay Information sub-menu is visible
4. W-2 Wage and Tax Statement - takes you to SSB9 version of W-2
5. W-4 Tax Withholding Allowance - takes you to SSB9 version of W-4
6. Receive W-2 Form Electronically - takes you to SSB9 page to elect to receive W-2 electronically
   1. NOTE - there is an option for the 1095-C on this page that is NOT utilized at SFA; do not utilize the 1095-C checkbox.
7. Electronic Personnel Action Forms (EPAF) - takes you to the SSB9 EPAF dashboard
