Navigation to the Registration Dashboard
Log in to mySFA and navigate to the Registration page, then select the Registration Dashboard button.

Registration Dashboard

Prepare for Registration

Select a term from the drop-down menu, click Continue.

Review registration status information.


Browse Classes

Select a term from the drop-down menu, click Continue.

Enter search criteria and click Search. To access more specific search options, click the Advanced Search button. *Note: When using the Advanced Search, filter by meeting days and times with caution. Search will only display courses that match all days and times selected.

Here you will be able to view class:
- CRN
- Subject
- Course Numbers
- Sections
- Titles
- Hours
- Instructor

- Term
- Meeting Times
- Campus (Example: Main Campus, Online, Hybrid)
- Status
- Schedule Type
- Attribute
- Linked Section

Click on a course title for addition information including:
- Class Details
- Bookstore Links
- Course Description
- Syllabus
- Restrictions
- Instructor/Meeting Times
- Enrollment/Waitlist

- Corequisites
- Prerequisites
- Mutual Exclusion
- Cross Listed Courses
- Fees
- Catalog
- Attributes

Browse Course Catalog

Select a term from the drop-down menu, click Continue.

Select a subject and click Search. To access more specific search options, click the Advanced Search button.

Advanced Search will ask for additional information such as:

Select a course title to view:
- Catalog
- Course Description
- Syllabus
- Attributes
- Restrictions
- Corequisites
- Prerequisites
- Mutual Exclusion
- Fees


Select View Sections to see available sections.


View Registration Information

Select a term to view the schedule for that term.

Look up a schedule with the Schedule Detail view.


The Active Registration tab gives the following information:

Plan Ahead

Select a term and click Continue.

Select Create a New Plan. This page will also show on saved plans.

Select a subject and click Search. To access more specific search options, click the Advanced Search button.

Advanced Search will ask for the following information:

Here you can add a course to your plan. *Note: this will not include a specific section.

Select View Sections. Add Course will add a class to your plan.


Catalog Search Results will return you to the search results or the button to Search Again using a different subject.


Continue until a schedule plan is created and select Save Plan.

Enter a name for your plan and click Save. *Note: make it easily identifiable and distinct from other plans for the term.

After saving, the schedule and plan will update.

To remove a class from the plan:
- Click on the drop-down menu arrow.
- Select Delete.
- Select Save Plan.

Example of a completed plan:
