Grade Entry - Final Grades

1. Log in to mySFA . Navigate to the Faculty page in Academics.

2. In the Grades tab, select Grade Entry

3. Select the Final Grades tab.

4. Click on the course and Student Roster to access the student list.

5. A list of your students will appear. There will be a drop-down menu next to each student under the final grade column. Select the appropriate grade for each student. Please do not enter any information into the Last Attended Date or the Attended Hours columns.

6. Once you have completed selecting the grades, click Save at the bottom of the page. This will complete midterm grade entry for the selected section.

7. Once you’ve clicked Save, the following message will appear to confirm submission.

Grades for Dual Credit/Concurrent students will not be gradable with a letter grade. They do need to be assigned a numeric grade. These must be entered as whole numbers. Decimals will result in errors (i.e. a 98.6% will be entered into the student’s account as a 6%). See the conversion chart below.
