Overview
Some users may experience difficulty progressing through the SFA Compliance: Title IX Training due to pop-up windows being blocked or minimized. This guide explains how to resolve the issue and successfully complete the training.
The Title IX training includes several required PDF documents that automatically open in new windows. These documents must be reviewed before you can continue. If your browser blocks or hides these pop-ups, the course may appear frozen.
Below is an example of where the PDF pop-up is triggered in the course:

Disable Your Browser's Pop-Up Blocker
To allow the PDFs to open correctly:
- Disable your browser's pop-up blocker before continuing the course.
- Refresh or re-enter the training after making the change.
If pop-ups still open but minimize the training window, see the next section.
Navigating Minimized Training Windows
When the Texas Laws PDF opens, the system may minimize the original training window behind the newly opened document. This can make it appear as though the course is stuck.
Here is what the opened PDF looks like:

To return to training:
- Click the browser icon located at the bottom of your screen (taskbar/dock).
- Select the minimized training window to bring it back into view.
There are three PDF pop-ups in total, each requiring you to navigate back to the training window the same way.
