Common Questions & Answers

Why am I seeing funds I don't recognize?
FundMiner is designed to provide a 360-degree view of all fund sacross your organization. This may include funds beyond those you typically manage. You have two options:

  • Use the filter options at the top of the My Funds page to show only the funds relevant to your role.
  • Contact your FundMiner Administrator to update your access restrictions so only your relevant funds are visible.

Why am I not seeing funds I expected?
This can happen for several reasons:

  • Not all funds are loaded: Confirm with your Administrator which funds are in FundMiner (e.g., active only, reportable only).
  • Access restrictions: Your user access may be limited to specific departments, fund IDs, or fund managers. Contact your Administrator to review.
  • Column headers: Ensure the column you are searching by is toggled on. Use the Column Selection button in the top right to add or remove columns.

How do I save a custom My Funds view?

  1. Click the Column Selection button and toggle on the columns you want to see.
  2. Click the Column View button (top right) and drag columns to your preferred order.
  3. Click View and select "Save Current Configuration into View." Give it a name.
  4. Next time you log in, select your saved view from the View dropdown to load it instantly.

How do I apply filters?
At the top of the My Funds page, above the column headers, you will find six filter options and a search bar. Click any filter to narrow the view based on criteria like Fund Type, Invested Status, Compliance Flag, and more.

What are My Tags and who can see them?
