Adding Attachments to a Ticket
All faculty, staff and students have the ability to attach an email to a service request/ticket.

Save the Document to your PC

Login to The Help Desk using your mySFA credentials

Locate the service/ticket your are needing to submit and click Request Service or Create Ticket

Complete the required fields and provide the necessary information on the service/ticket

In the Attachment field on the form, click Browse

Locate the file that you would like to add to the ticket/service, then click Open

Click Request or Submit once you have completed the form

If you need to add additional attachments to the ticket, click View the Request You Just Created

Click Add Attachment and follow the prompts to upload another attachment to the ticket
