Checking the Status of a Ticket
All faculty, staff and students have the ability to check the status of their tickets.

Login to The Help Desk using your mySFA credentials

Select the Services tab, then click Ticket Requests

You will then see a list of your submitted tickets, their creation dates and the current status of each:

If the ticket you are looking for does not appear in the list, search for the ticket by name, ID, date, etc. using the provided search options
