Adding Instructor-Supplied Questions to Course Evaluations
Body
- Login to mySFA and click Resources under Quick Navigation on the right.
- Click the "Course Evaluation Reporting" link located in the “COURSE EVALUATION AND SURVEYS” box (this will open a new tab in the browser). This will allow the faculty member to view a list of courses that they instructing for the specified semester.
- Click the "My Questions" link near the bottom of the page to create custom questions.
- Once all questions have been created and saved, click on the "Add" link under the "Instructor Questions" column in the search results.
- Select the scope of the questions (how and when they will be used), then click "Save". Available choices are:
- This Course Number, This and all Future Terms
- This Subject, This and all Future Terms
- This Course Number, this Term ONLY
- This Subject, this Term ONLY
- This Section, this Term ONLY
- Select the questions to add to a particular course evaluation, then click "Continue".
- To preview the evaluation with the additional questions, click the Preview Template icon for the specific evaluation under the column heading "Pre".
