How to indicate if they would like to receive notifications from JacksBuy

Body

JacksBuy will send out notifications to the users via email and/or comment.  Users are able to indicate if they would like to receive notifications based on the workflow step of the requisition

  1. Select the profile image in the upper, right-hand corner of the screen

  1. Select View My Profile.

  1. Under Default User Settings, select Notification Preferences.

  1. Notification Preferences will expand. Users can edit the notifications based on each workflow step for Shopping Carts, Requisitions, POs, etc. Select the section you would like to modify.   For example, select Shopping Carts & Requisitions notifications to modify. Notifications will expand. Select Edit Section.

  1. System will show that the notifications are currently set to the Default or None.

  1. To change the default settings, select Override. The available notification methods will display on dropdown box. Select type of notification preferred (Email or None) and select Save. Repeat for each individual step displayed.

  1. Select Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
