View a Contract

JacksBuy allows you to see contracts in the JacksBuy system. 

1.  To view the executed contract, navigate to the medallion from the bar on the left, select Contracts, and then Contracts Home.

1. Contract Requester Dashboard will show all of your contract requests, as well as the contracts that have been created from your requests for the last 90 days. 

1. To view all of your contracts, navigate to Search Contracts.

1. All contracts will display, showing their status in the contract workflow.

Contracts with a Shopping Cart icon are available to shop from. 

1. Select the blue contract number to open the contract.

1. The contract container will display all information related to the contract.  Only departments will have access to the contract document. To view the contract (if you have access to that department’s contracts), select Open Main Document to view the executed contract. If there are multiple documents, there may not be an option to open the main document.  Select Attachments to view the documents for the contract container.
