Summary

Deleting draft carts from user's cart management area in JacksBuy

JacksBuy allows all users to delete draft carts that are no longer needed.

Navigate to View Carts via the My Carts and Orders, located in the Shop tab in JacksBuy.

A list of all of your shopping carts that have not been converted to requisitions will appear under the Draft Carts tab.

Select the arrow next to the View button and select Delete to delete the cart. This action will remove the cart.
