SFA utilizes Dell computers and purchases them through Summus Industries. Computer prices are negotiated and are available to purchase through a contract. A catalog is available in the Showcased Suppliers section of JacksBuy.
Note: Computer Replacement Program policies and procedures still apply to this. Please follow the Computer Purchase Replacement Procedures found here
- Select the Summus Industries – Dell Computer Replacement button in the Showcased Suppliers section.
- Select the magnifying glass to see the complete list of Dell items offered as standard configurations.
- The items will appear and will have the option to Add to Cart. You can click on the product name to see more details about the items (ex. Storage/memory/processor).
- Selecting Add to Cart will add the items to the cart and will automatically populate the correct vendor, Summus Industries- Dell.
- Once all items have been added to cart, select Checkout.
- You will be directed to the Requisition stage of purchasing to complete your request. Follow the Create a Requisition Knowledge Base article to complete the requisition.
