Upload Video to Microsoft OneDrive

Login to mySFA and navigate to OneDrive

Create a folder with the blue New button

- Enter the name of the folder (for example, “Zoom videos”), then click Create

- Click into the newly created folder where you'll see a screen indicating to Drag files here

Select the recordings previously downloaded to your computer or click and drag the files into the folder.

A notification will appear in the top right corner of the menu bar to show the upload progress.

Add OneDrive Video to D2L as a Single Content Page
Though it is possible to share videos stored in OneDrive with others, we do NOT recommend doing so, as OneDrive is not a streaming solution.
If your video needs to be shared with others, we recommend Microsoft Stream or YouTube. Please review the articles linked below to utilize Microsoft Stream or YouTube:

Navigate to OneDrive and select the Zoom videos folder created in the above/previous tutorial

Click the Share button to the right of the video name

- Disable the Allow Editing checkbox, and click Apply

- Click the Copy Link button at the bottom of the pop-up screen.

Login to D2L. Select your course into which you want to load the video, and click Content

Navigate to the module into which you want to load the video, click the blue New button, and select Create a Link

In the pop-up window, provide a title in the Title box, and paste the link into the URL box

Optionally, you can select the checkbox Open as External Resource to open the link in another tab

Click the blue Create button

Navigate to the content page to which you want to add your OneDrive video

Click Insert Link

Paste in the link. Click Next

- Click Insert (lower left-hand corner)
