To troubleshoot Duo Push delivery issues with your Apple Watch, try the following:

Ensure the watch is within Bluetooth range of your phone. Approximately 33 feet (10 meters) is the maximum range, but this distance may also be limited by environmental factors.

Ensure that none of the following are enabled, as they will affect notification delivery and/or screen waking: Sleep Mode, Silent Mode, and Theatre Mode.

Toggle Bluetooth off and on on your phone.

Restart the watch to force the phone and watch to reset their connection.
Note the Apple Watch is not able to generate passcodes or answer push notifications without a nearby phone as it requires communication with Duo Mobile running on a phone.
