How to Add a TD Ticket Number to Requisition

Purchases that electronic information resources, such as software or hardware will require a TD Ticket number to be entered in JacksBuy before the requisition can proceed to approvals. Adding a TD Ticket Number

Requisitions that require a TD Ticket number will show an issue error like the one below.This error will not disappear or allow the requisition to be completed until the issue has been resolved.

  1. Navigate to the first column of the requisition titled General.  Select the pencil to edit the section.   

  1. Enter the TD Ticket number of your TD Ticket request  that was submitted for Electronic Accessibility review and approval. 

  1. Select Save after entering the ticket number

  1. The original error message should disappear
