1. Log in to mySFA , navigate to the Faculty tab, and select the Grades tab.

2. Select Grade Change.

3. Select a term from the drop down menu and click Submit.

4. Select the course and click Submit.

5. Select the student that requires a grade change and click Submit.

6. Select the new grade from the drop-down menu, enter a reason for the grade change, and click Submit.

7. Review the information provided.
- If accurate, select Yes and Submit.
- If inaccurate, select No and Submit to edit the information.

8. If accurate, then the grade change will move forward for approval from the chair and dean of the department.
