Follow these instructions for setting up the SFA VPN (GlobalProtect) on your Android or iOS smart phone.
Currently the VPN is only available for SFA Employees and is not to be used by SFA students.
You will need to have the Duo Mobile application installed and configured before installing the VPN. Here are the instructions for installing Duo Mobile on your device.
1.Install the GlobalProtect Application:

2. Once you have the app open on your phone it will ask you for a Portal Address. The Portal Address to enter is vpn.sfasu.edu. Once you have done that click "Connect" at the bottom of the screen.
3. On the next screen enter your mySFA username and password in the username and password fields. Click the "Complete Form to Sign In" button at the bottom of the window.
4. You should now receive a Duo Push notification. Click "Approve" to complete the sign in process.
Setup is now complete. To connect your phone to the VPN you click the gray shield button on the screen, click "Approve" on the resulting Duo push notification and you are connected. To disconnect from the VPN, navigate back to the GlobalProtect app and press the green shield button on the screen.
