Students can access course evaluation links in their mySFA in either of the following locations:
- Home Tab -> “IMPORTANT NOTIFICATIONS”
- Academics Tab -> "COURSE EVALUATIONS AND SURVEYS"
On the day course evaluations open:
Students will receive an email in their @jacks email account for each course with an open evaluation.
On each Monday:
Students will receive a reminder email every Monday for each course with an incomplete evaluation.
On the day evaluations close:
Students will receive a final email reminder for each course that the evaluation has not been submitted for.
All emails will include instructions, deadlines and an encrypted link to allow the the student to evaluate the course.
Email notifications and reminders will stop for a particular course once the evaluation has been submitted.
