The Jaggaer Mobile app allows limited functionality to the JacksBuy system from a mobile device.
Search and Download the Jaggaer app in your mobile device’s app store.
- Open the app and click “Let’s Begin”.
- From your desktop computer, log in to JacksBuy. Click on the person in the upper right-hand corner of the page. Select “View My Profile”.
- Select “App Activation Codes” under “User Profile and Preferences”.
- Click “Add Device” and select “Mobile Device”.
- Enter a name for your device, ensure that “Yes” is checked for “Email Activation Code to User?”.
- A code will be emailed to you as well as presented on the screen. This is the code that you will need to use in the Jaggaer app.
- Enter the Activation Code you received and the password you created, then click “Register Device”.
- You will be prompted for a password after login. Email jacksbuy@sfasu.edu to request a temporary password. You will then use the password to log in to the Jaggaer app and will be required to change your password. The system will then log the mobile device in to JacksBuy via the app where you can shop, view your cart, approve documents or check your notifications and action items.
