This site provides an overview of SFA’s electronic accessibility efforts and outlines the process for purchasing or renewing an electronic information resource, or EIR, such as software and hardware. It also links to resources that support electronic accessibility standards and considerations.
To submit a request for an accessibility and security review, users can access the ticket by following these steps:
- Visit help.sfasu.edu and log in with their mySFA credentials.
- Click on the service category “Electronic Accessibility.”
- Select the “Electronic Accessibility and Security Review” ticket.
Or users can click on the “Submit a ticket” button on the electronic accessibility website.
