Why are account numbers changing between the cart stage and the final purchase order (e.g., from a consumables account to a services account)?

Procurement reviews the account and commodity of purchase orders that come through JacksBuy. If the account code or commodity has a better option, Procurement will adjust it to be a better fit for the items being purchased.
