Where is the "Contract Summary Form" located now that the old version is no longer accessible?

The Contract Summary Form that was previously used to submit contracts has been replaced by the Contract Request process in JacksBuy. Contract requests will be made via the Request a Contract link located in the Quick Links section in the dashboard of JacksBuy. More information about requesting a contract can be found in the Contract Request Category in the JacksBuy Knowledge Base.
