Yes, when purchasing food, the 5 W's still apply - Who is the food for (list attendees), What type of event was it, When was the event held, Where was the event held, Why was the food purchased (Provide a detailed description of the event and a clear business purpose in compliance with HOP 17.6 - Food Purchases).
