Scheduled mySFA Maintenance: August 11-13

Beginning Wednesday, August 11 at 1:00PM through Friday, August 13, mySFA will be undergoing an essential upgrade.  During this timeframe, instead of seeing the mySFA portal, Lumberjacks will see an interim landing page containing frequently accessed and important links for students, faculty and staff. The interim landing page will include links to access billing, registration, financial aid, D2L, and more. Self Service Banner (SSB) will still be accessible during this time through the interim landing page. Additional communications and updates via email are to follow.

Time: 1:00PM CST

 

Ending:

Date: Friday, August 13

Time: Lumberjacks will be notified via email when the new and improved mySFA portal is accessible.

 

Impact:

Lumberjacks will see an interim landing page containing frequently accessed and important links for students, faculty and staff. The interim landing page will include links to access billing, registration, financial aid, D2L, and more. Self Service Banner (SSB) will still be accessible during this time through the interim landing page.

What to Expect:

While this is a substantial upgrade behind the scenes, the most notable change is to the look and feel of the mySFA portal. Previously, the navigation menu was displayed across the top of the portal. Moving forward, the mySFA navigation menu will be located on the left side of the portal (image below).
