unable to view Graduation Box

In the past when logging into mySFA and clicking on the Academics under the student role I could see the Graduation Box, in the box it stated that the link would be there when I was eligible to apply,

but now it is not there at all, Would really like to still see it there. As I walk students thru how to apply for graduation.
