I cannot access anything with this new format

Please help;  I cannot access my email or any other information including a Microsoft office 65 download feature.

No, I have not.  Can't get email on my computer at home or get to the parking portal.

Hi Sally,

After touching base with a couple of areas, it seems that the reason your access is interrupted is a result of your EPAF being in process. The update I received was that the EPAF is currently moving through approvals at the moment. Once complete, restoration should begin.
