Qualtrics Login issue

Hi, it's telling me that our organization is disabled from logging into qualtrics.

You may know this already, but it has been reported that the issue with Qualtrics has now been resolved with the vendor.

Hi Jorge,

Thank you for inquiring about qualtrics.  We've reached out to the Qualtrics administrator on campus.  It appears that the Qualtrics software is currently having some technical issues, as you're experiencing yourself.  The administrator is in contact with Qualtrics and we hope to have a resolution soon.  I'll be in contact as we know more.

I'm experiencing a similar issue in the last several weeks, and I've tried repeatedly to login with this same error message appearing: 

We were unable to process your username or the username doesn't exist in our system.

A report is generated with error tag [b9911def].
