Qualtrics login issue

Hi, I've been trying to access my Qualtrics account and in the last couple of weeks have been getting this error message every time I attempt a login:

 

We were unable to process your username or the username doesn't exist in our system.

A report is generated with error tag [b9911def].

Hi Cara,

Thanks for reaching out!  I've reached out to our Center for Teaching and Learning to assist with this issue.  Their office supports Qualtrics, so they might be able to provide us with some insight.  Here's a link to their Qualtrics support page for reference.  I'll follow up here when I have an update.

I've received an update saying that you should be good to go.  A reminder that you can visit the Center for Teaching and Learning's Qualtrics support page for assistance as well.
