Dining Dollars

Hi, 

  So I currently have the Jacks express meal plan and I'm trying to add dining dollars to it since it doesn't come with any but when I click to add them to it says that I don't have a meal plan currently? Is this meal plan not able to add dining dollars out of my own pocket or is it just a glitch because school hasn't started yet?

Hi Kennedi,

My apologies for the delay.  I've received the following guidance from our Residence Life department on this, and it does appear to be due to timing.

Once your meal plan becomes active/current, then you'll be able to go into mySFA --> Campus (navigation dropdown) --> Dining --> Dining Dollars icon, and add Dining Dollars to your account.  There should be a link that says "reload here" that can be used to refill you meal plan account once it is active.
