MySFA content appears to have disappeared

When I login to MySFA, all of the content is missing. There's a big, blank picture of the football field and a couple buttons at the bottom to send feedback and report a problem.

The URL also has 'student' in it. I have never been a student here. I'm staff (used to be faculty).

Can you reset my profile?

Hi Melissa,

This sometimes happen when a direct link is used for a page that lives in the student persona of mySFA.  Please following the links below to get back to the employee persona.  Let me know if you need further assistance.

  • Click the "head and shoulders" icon in the top right

     
  • Click "My Persona: Student, Tap to switch persona"

     
  • Select "Employee" on the persona selector to take you back to the employee side of mySFA
