JacksBuy allows all users to delete draft carts that are no longer needed.
- Navigate to View Carts via the My Carts and Orders, located in the Shop tab in JacksBuy.
- A list of all of your shopping carts that have not been converted to requisitions will appear under the Draft Carts tab.
- Select the arrow next to the View button and select Delete to delete the cart. This action will remove the cart.
