Beginning at 12:00 a.m. on Friday, May 7, ITS and AT&T will be performing hardware maintenance on the SFA phone system. The hardware replacement should take no more than 2 hours to complete. We anticipate all services to be restored no later than 2:00 a.m.
Beginning: Friday, May 7, 2021 at 12:00 a.m.
Ending: Friday, May 7, 2021 at 2:00 a.m.
- Impact: This outage will affect all calls inbound to campus and all outbound off campus calls if using either the UC700 or MLC softphone functionality.
*Note: All internal campus calling and on campus 911 services will not be affected.
