Telephone Service Provider Migration outage 6 to 8 a.m. Thursday, February 8

ITS will be migrating phone provider services to an new carrier beginning at 6 a.m. and ending approximately 8 a.m. February 8, users may experience interruptions to the following services: 

• Phone calls made to numbers that do not belong to SFA.
• People calling SFA numbers from outside of the University.

All internal 4-digit extensions on campus including 911 or dispatch will remain intact from a university desk phone.
