Assigning a Request to a Report

Once the Request is fully completed, you can assign it to an existing report. If the report was not started, simply open the approved request and click "Create Expense Report" in the top right hand side.

  1. Open the Report
  2. Click on the Details drop down, then choose Report Header

  1. At the very bottom of the new window you'll find the requests section. Click the box in the requests and click Add then Save
  2. Your Request will now be linked to your Report and the Report can be finalized and submitted
