Delegates are employees who are allowed to perform work on behalf of other employees.
Yes a delegate can approve on behalf of another user, however the delegate must have the approver role assigned to them in their Concur profile.
Delegates can have approval permissions for either:
- An indefinite amount of time
- Until the permission is revoked/removed by the user or delegate
- For a specified time frame set by the user
