Viewing Course Evaluation Questions

To view the questions which will be on a course evaluation, including both default and instructor-supplied question, follow these steps:

1. Login to mySFA and navigate to the Resources tab.
2. Click the "Course Evaluation Reporting" link located in the “COURSE EVALUATION AND SURVEYS” box (this will open a new tab in the browser). This will allow the faculty member to view a list of courses that they instructing for the specified semester.
3. To view the evaluation questions, click the Preview Template icon for the specific evaluation under the column heading "Pre".
