Certify an External Proposal

Certifying an External Proposal

After routing an External Funding Proposal for review, the PI (and any other Personnel listed in the proposal) are required to Certify the Proposal.

  1. Login to your mySFA and navigate to the Research Tab, then click on Cayuse

  2. In the top right corner in Cayuse, click Products, then select Home in the drop-down menu

 

  1. In the My Tasks section, locate and select the Certify Proposal task identified by the proposal number

  1. Review ALL sections and information in the proposal for accuracy

  2. Once the proposal is reviewed in full, scroll up to the My Actions area and click Certify Proposal

​​​​​​​

 

This will move the proposal to the next steps in the review routing which can be viewed by clicking the Routing tab within the proposal.
