Creating your Retirement Manager Account

Go to https://www.corebridgefinancial.com/rs/myretirementmanager
- Click Login and select Participants (Login)
- Select First time user? Get started
- Begin typing a few letters "Step" in the Your employer field, then select Stephen F. Austin State University
- On Let's Start with the Basics, enter the following information, then click Continue
- Last Name
- Birthday (mm/dd/yyyy)
- Employee ID (your SFASU Campus ID number)
- The last 4 of your SSN
- On the Create Profile screen, enter the following information, then click Continue
- Username
- At least 8 characters long and no more than 50 characters long
- A number is required but cannot include more than 3 consecutive numbers (values)
- Cannot include spaces or * / \ ; ( ) ' " < >
- Email Address
- Confirm Email Address
- Password
- At least 8 characters long and no more than 50 characters long
- One upper case letter and one lower case letter
- Include one symbol EX: @ # $ % ^ & * ? -
- At least one number and no more than 3 consecutive values
- No white spaces allowed
- Confirm Password
- Check your email inbox for an email from Retirement Manager to verify your email address using a One-Time Temporary Password (OTP)
- Enter the 6-digit code (OTP) from the email, then click Submit
- On the Enter Phone Number screen, select one of the options below, then click Continue
- If a text message is preferred, enter a mobile number, then check the box indicating "Text me an authentication code. Standard messaging and data rates may apply."
- If the number is not capable of text messaging, select the automated phone call option
- Once you receive the text message enter the OTP & click Submit, or follow the prompts on the phone call to verify your number
- Once the verification steps are complete, you will see a Successfully Created Profile message
- Click Continue to be redirected to the login screen and use your newly created credentials to login
- Read and agree to the Terms of Use to be able to navigate to the Home Page
Future logins to Retirement Manager may require two-factor authentication using one of the following options: text message, email, phone call. Complete the verification steps for the selected method to successfully and securely login to your account.
Forgot Your Password?

On the login page, click Forgot Password

Provide your Username and Email Address, then click Next

Verify your identity by completing one of the presented two-factor authentication methods on screen
- Once the OTP code is received, entered, and accepted, you will be redirected to create a new password
