Communications Portal

Click Enroll Now to access the Marketplace and begin enrollment.

 

Marketplace Homepage

Click Get started to begin the enrollment process.

 

Review Your Employee Profile

Look for Continue to next step at the bottom of this page to advance.

If any profile information is inaccurate, contact hr@sfasu.edu or call (936) 468-2304

 

Adding Dependents Before Enrollment

After adding dependents (if applicable), click Next at the bottom of this page to advance.

 

Tobacco Usage Survey

Select your response, then click Save & Continue.

 

Editing Coverage | Benefits List Page

Click Edit Coverage to manage coverage.

Note: There is quick access to a Decline button.

 

Adding/Dropping Dependents

Click Edit Coverage for the offer you'd like to add/remove dependents from.

Click Add/drop dependent(s) OR Add Dependent to add a new dependent to the system.

 

Managing Beneficiaries

Add/Edit Beneficiaries appears in the same spot for all Life and AD&D plans.

 

Editing Various Additional Benefits

Click Edit Coverage to update additional benefits as needed (not required).

 

HFSA/DCFSA Election

Begin Enrollment or Decline Coverage to complete the HFSA & DCFSA Elections.

Click View your current plan to see 22/23 FLEX election (if applicable).

Health FSA must be completed before Dependent Care FSA can be completed.

These actions are required before the check box and Complete Enrollment can be completed.

 

Completing Enrollment

Once all required actions are complete, the confirmation box can be checked, and Complete Enrollment can be selected.

 

Congratulations Window

Congratulations window indicates completion.

Click Confirmation Statement to review and print a copy of your enrollment.

 

Congratulations Window | Missing Dependent Verification

Congratulations window indicates completion with missing Dependent Verification.

Click Confirmation Statement to review and print a copy of your enrollment.

Click Continue to next page and follow steps to verify dependents.

 

User Experience Survey

Optional survey to provide feedback on the enrollment experience.

 

Accessing the Document Center | Option 1

To-Do list (found on Marketplace Homepage (see slide 4)) showing 1 to-do.

Tasks that require document uploads are indicated; clicking the to-do will navigate to the Document Center.

 

Accessing the Document Center | Option 2

Click on Profile, then select Document Center to upload required documents.
