Administrative User Roles for Dynamic Forms
Dynamic Forms allows you to control permissions that an administrative user has. Below are the five levels and what they allow.
NOTE: All roles are ORG (department) based, and cannot be assigned to specific forms.
1) ORG Manager

Description: for users that will manage the Dynamic Forms ORGS as a whole, including managing and building form templates. HIGHEST LEVEL OF ACCESS, typically assigned to 1-2 users per ORG.

Contains the following permissions:

View ORG information
-
View form data
-
Complete "school" section
-
View, Re-send & edit co-signer info
-
Change form status (including deleting and un-deleting form submissions)
-
View & download file attachments
-
Build & edit form templates
-
View & Edit API connections in forms
-
Edit event configurations
-
Activate & manage shared templates
-
View, edit & delete form invitations
-
View, edit & delete user groups, and assign users to groups
2) Back-Up ORG Manager

Description: less access than ORG Manager, intended for users who will not be managing or building form templates. Typically assigned to 1-2 users per ORG.

Contains the following permissions:

View ORG information

View form data
-
Complete "school" section
-
View, Re-send & edit co-signer info
-
Change form status (cannot delete & un-delete form submissions)

View & download file attachments
3) Submission View Only

Description: for users that ONLY need to be able to VIEW form submissions, and do not have to take action on forms (example: director needs visibility to see all submissions, etc.) — LOWEST LEVEL OF ACCESS.

4) Form Builder

Description: for users that will be building and managing form templates, allows required permissions for testing during form building.

5) Processor

Description: for users that will be processing form submissions, and will not be managing or building form templates.
