Creating a New Form

How to Add a New Form to your Organization

Below are the steps on how you can add a new form to your organization. 

  1. Select your Sandbox Organization from the drop-down menu on the top toolbar and click Go

 

  1. To start building a new form, on your Master Template, click Action > Copy form template

NOTE: This will pull in your Master Template for your department which you will then make changes to.

NOTE: See Form Level Settings (opens in a new window/tab) to learn how to configure your settings at the form level. 

  1. To start Designing your form, click Page 1 under Pages.

 

  1. You are now in the Designing area where you can begin to build your form.
