How to request additional pages/access in mySFA
ITS can provide select employees additional page views in mySFA.
Example: An Admissions staff member requests access to the "Future Lumberjacks" page so that they can view it from an applicant's perspective and provide navigation assistance.
Note: Page viewing permission does not give access to data, merely the tab along with any text and links on the tab. For example, access to view the "Future Lumberjacks" page does not provide viewers with the ability to check the admission status as an applicant. They can view the link and direct applicants to the correct location. The various roles and the associated pages are listed below for reference.
Supervisors that wish to grant access to additional pages will need to:
- Send an email to itaccessrequest@sfasu.edu
- In the subject line put: mySFA Tabs No Update
- Include the following information
- Employee(s) name
- Campus ID(s)
- Role(s) they need or should have
- Example message text:
- Jane Doe, 12345678, Applicant, Orientation, Student
